Allshire Building installed drywall for a loft, ceiling and stairwell. Russ was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Russ and his team were extremely professional, courteous, communicative and highly skilled. They accommodated our schedule requests and arrived on time. Allshire, and Russ in particular, was the best partner we could ask for in realizing our dreams of renovating our forever home. When my wife and I realized we needed a general contractor, Russ impressed us with his expertise. He and and his subcontractors truly cared about ensuring the work was done right and went the extra mile several times. We are extremely pleased with Russ and his entire crew for a complete gut and redo of our master bath. It involved eliminating a short wall, moving the shower wall and adding a second sink. Russ was very attentive to our needs and requests. His crews were polite, protective of our home, very good at their jobs and always seemed to take the extra step for a quality installation. The scheduling, material delivery and communication were excellent.  During the demo we found some hidden defects in the original construction, which were remediated in an expeditious manner. Russ also made some great construction suggestions and was very helpful in the purchse of our tile, cabinetry, countertops and fixtures. You will not be disappointed with Russ and Allshire. Russ and the team at Allshire Building did an amazing job on our remodel. They handled both our kitchen and bathroom and the results were way better than we expected. Russ was easy to work with, communicated clearly, and made the whole process simple. The crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and delivered high quality craftsmanship in every part of the project. The kitchen looks brand new and the bathroom feels like a luxury remodel. Don’t Look any further than Allshire Building We had our bathroom remodeled by the Allshire Building. We initially contacted Russ; he was very professional.  He quoted us a fair price and delivered it as per his quote. The job was completed as quoted on time and for the price he quoted.  His staff showed up on time and worked the entire day.  There was a small problem, his staff took care of it and did not charge any more.  All ordered items ordered showed up on time and were the correct items.  We were quoted the job would take 3 to 4 days; it was completed in 3 ½ days.  Since we only had one bathroom. Russ made sure when the workers left, we had use of our bathroom, toilet and shower were operational.  There is no reason to look any further.  There are companies that charge more and less but you will not find a contractor that is as honest and professional as Russ and Allshire Building.  You will not be disappointed

I would highly recommend working with this company. They are very professional. They are perfectionists. They clean up everything as soon as they are done working. No mess left behind. The owner of the company (Russ) is very sharp and has great ideas. He will definitely give you great ideas if you are not sure exactly what you want.  I had a problem during the project in my bathroom. They sent all kinds of plumbers in to figure out the problem, with no charge to me. They went way beyond the call of duty in my home. They always came on time and worked all day. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I hired them. Russ became like a son to me. I will definitely use them for all upcoming projects. I will refer them to everyone I know. One other thing, they are very reasonably priced. They do not gauge you.  They are a AAAtttt company. You will not be sorry. I promise you. Happy to recommend Allshire Building for remodeling!  Bought a home in MI that needed new flooring, full bath remodel, miscellaneous upgrades, before I could move in.  While I still lived 2,000 miles away, I was able to coordinate everything with Russ from afar.  He provided a reasonable bid, helped with design considerations, communicated regularly and sent progress pics/videos throughout the project.  We encountered minor supply and scheduling issues but everything was easy to resolve.  The finished work was great! I’ll hire them again.
